The Connecticut Accordion Association's Orchestra, led by Conductor Peter Peluso, played to a sold-out audience at the Pequot Library last Saturday! The orchestra played a variety of tunes from classical to jazz to light rock, with a polka thrown in for good measure.
We heard a very talented 15 year old vocalist, Lily Maucci, backed by her vocal instructor, Peter Peluso.
Our own young talented musicians Anton and Joseph Klettner on accordion and violin respectively, played Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody!
Vocalist Jim Lawrence backed by Don Gerundo as well as Peter Peluso, sang Billy Joel tunes.
Sandy Zera paired with her young student, Joseph Klettner to play classics written specifically for accordion.
We are forever grateful to Sandy Zera who made this concert happen.....
